BBQ Seafood

Ingredients:

200g of Mama’s Delights Sambal Tumis Paste 

500g of prawn, large and whole

500g of squid, cleaned and cut into rings 

100g red onion, cut into sliced 

Blanched Vegetable:

80g of red tomatoes, cut into wedges

100g of okra, blanched whole, plunge into cold water

Cooking Method:

1: Marinate Mama’s Delight Sambal Tumis paste with 500g prawn and 500g of squid ring for 30 minutes.

2: Prepare a double layer of aluminum foils and add in marinate seafood to foil.

3: Fold up the aluminum foil; make sure sides of the aluminum foil are well fold to avoid leakage.

4: Preheat the oven at temperature 1800C for 30 minutes.

5: Put well fold aluminum foil into the oven and bake for 45 minutes.

6: Open the aluminum foil and put in the blanched vegetables. Stir and well serve.

Serving suggestion with BBQ seafood:

1: White rice

2: Steamed bun

3: Roti Canai
