Beef Rendang

Ingredients:

200g of Mama’s Delights Indian Curry Paste

1000g of beef chuck

1500ml of water

100ml of coconut milk or skimmed milk

Cooking Method:

1: Heat 200g Mama’s Delight Indian Curry Paste in a pot for 30 seconds.

2: Add in the 1000g beef chuck and fry with paste for 1 minute.

3: Add in 1500ml water and lemongrass. Stir well and bring to boil.

4: Cover the lid, reduce to medium heat and continue simmer for 75 minutes until the beef is

tender. Stir occasionally, do not over boil the gravy.

5: Lastly, add in 100ml of coconut milk or skimmed milk. Stir well until boiled and ready to serve.

*Add more water if needed.

Serving suggestion with Beef Rendang :

1: White rice 

2: Dry Noodle 

3: Roti Canai
