Curry Chicken

Ingredients:

200g of Mama’s Delights Malaysian Curry Paste 

100g of potatoes, cut into large cubes

1000g of chicken pieces 

500ml of water

100ml of coconut milk or skimmed milk

Cooking method:

1:Marinate 200g of Mama’s Delights Malaysian Curry Paste with 1000g of chicken for 30 minutes.

2:Pour the marinated ingredients into a pot with 500ml of water. Stir well and bring to boil on high

heat until boiling for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally.

3:Add 200g potato cut into the pot. Stir well, cover the pot and simmer for 30 minutes on medium heat. Stir

occasionally, do not over boil the gravy.

4: Lastly, add 100ml of coconut milk or skimmed milk into the pot, and stir well until boiled and ready to serve.

Serving suggestion with Curry Chicken:

1: White rice 

2: Toasted bread 

3: Roti Canai
